Netflix had updated Stranger Things in September, 2019. After a year in which the series was picked up for renewal, the cast and crew members are now actively involved in the production. Shooting is taking place in Atlanta and the team is robustly following the safety protocols.

About Stranger Things

The plot and the release date

It was previously unknown if the creators are looking to release Stranger Things Season 4. Further, there were some speculations among the fans regarding the plot of the fourth season. The picture represents a middle-aged man who is wearing a prisoner’s uniform. Further, the number on the uniform reads 403. And, 403 also happens to be the hospital’s room number, where Natalie Dyer consults her doctor. And, fans speculate that the man in the prisoner’s uniform is most probably Cooper. Eventually, there were rumours about the leak of the plot of the Stranger Things Season 4. On the other hand, some say that the cryptic suggests that the series will premier on April 3. 

However, in a recent Q&A session on Instagram, sHarbour gives a hint on the possible release of the next season. He does it by stating that the year 2021 seems to be the apt year to release the fourth season. But, according to a recent report, there might be a delay in the release due to the halt in the production unit. Subsequently, it’s because of the recent outbreak of the pandemic coronavirus. And, due to safety concerns, the production unit is no more working on the project. And, eventually, the release dates will most probably be pushed back. 

Further, amidst this lockdown, the official Twitter page of Stranger Things continues to tease the fans regarding the release date.
