Famous celebrities like Justin Bieber, Diddy Cardi B, and several others criticized this brutal act on their social media accounts.

At the latest, the most famous 61 years old singer posted a video of her teenage son David Banda in honor of George Floyd, in which David is dancing to Michael Jackson’s song ‘They Don’t Care About Us.’In the posted video, we can see that Madonna’s son is paying tribute to the late football player and his family by dancing on Michael Jackson’s song.

Madonna posted a video on her Twitter handle with the caption of “Brutal murder travels around the world, my son David Dances to honor and pay tribute to George and His Family and all Acts of Racism and Discrimination that happen on a daily basis in America”, followed by #davidbanda #JusticeforGeorgeFloyd #MichaelJackson.

However, the singer posted a video with good intentions, but it soon attracted intense Twitter backlash from people, who began to ridicule the star. The users of Twitter tweeted some messages like racism is gone, the other one wrote sarcastically thank you so much for the tribute for removing racism. Is there any way to repay you is another tweet. Another user wrote that ‘I really appreciate you for allowing your son to dance away the racism for us.’

The Black Lives Matter campaign was sparked on the untimely death of George Floyd around the country. For further investigation, Minneapolis chief Medaria Arradondo forwarded the case to the FBI, which might turn it into a federal case of infringements of rights. The police are on the case trying their best to identify the involved officers who placed the knee on George Floyd’s neck for him to choke and die.
